We understand that purchasing our products is a significant investment, and we strive to exceed your expectations. Please read below for a detailed description of our Shipping Policy.
Free Shipping
We guarantee 100% free shipping on all products shipped within the contiguous United States (48 adjoining U.S. states and the District of Columbia). Any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and foreign countries will be subject to the full shipping fee.
Orders in which the cost of the cost of shipping exceeds the price of the items may not be eligible. Orders with more than one cabinet line may not be eligible for free shipping and the final price will vary depending on the order. Free shipping may not be eligible on large multi-unit orders due to carrier freight volume restrictions. Please contact us to receive an accurate shipping quote for orders with multiple cabinet lines.
Delivery Time
Happy Cabinets will try to get an accurate delivery time prior to sending you a final invoice to collect full payment. Items typically ship within 5 to 10 business days for ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets, and 15 to 20 business days for assembled cabinets. Please plan receipt of the items and installation accordingly.
Our customer service team will contact you during normal business hours to create a final estimate for approval as part of the order confirmation. Items will only be scheduled for delivery once the full payment for material, assembly (if necessary), and shipping costs (if applicable), and sales tax (if applicable) are received.

Damaged/Missing Items
While we make every effort to ensure your items arrive undamaged, shipping conditions occasionally cause damage. Upon delivery of your cabinets, please indicate any missing or visibly damaged items on the driver’s Bill of Lading.
- If an item is missing on delivery, it must be indicated on the freight company’s bill of lading for a claim to be processed.
- In the event of visible or suspected concealed damage, document it on the bill of lading.
- Notify us of any problems indicated on the bill of lading within 2 business days of delivery.
- Happy Cabinets is responsible for providing replacement parts/items, but additional labor costs incurred by the customer for repairs or replacements will not be reimbursed.
- We will work with the manufacturer to provide replacements with a typical lead time of 7 to 14 business days.
- Refusing delivery as a return method is not acceptable.
