At Happy Cabinets, we are dedicated to providing excellent service, top-quality products, and affordable prices to our valued customers. We understand that purchasing our products is a significant investment, and we strive to exceed your expectations. Please read below for a detailed description of our Return Policy.
Restocking Fee
Unless otherwise noted, a 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for returning items back to the manufacturer.
Clearance Items
All sales are final for any materials purchased through clearance and cannot be returned.
Altered Items
Once a product is altered in any way for installation, the sale becomes final, and the item(s) cannot be returned under any circumstances. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect products before alterations are made.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must email us within 48 hours of the purchase. Orders canceled within this period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refusing delivery as a return method is not acceptable. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and if the order qualified for free shipping, the actual freight cost we paid for delivery will be deducted from any applicable credits.
Damaged/Missing Items
While we make every effort to ensure your items arrive undamaged, shipping conditions occasionally cause damage. Upon delivery of your cabinets, please indicate any missing or visibly damaged items on the driver’s Bill of Lading.
- If an item is missing on delivery, it must be indicated on the freight company’s bill of lading for a claim to be processed.
- In the event of visible or suspected concealed damage, document it on the bill of lading.
- Notify us of any problems indicated on the bill of lading within 2 business days of delivery.
- Happy Cabinets is responsible for providing replacement parts/items, but additional labor costs incurred by the customer for repairs or replacements will not be reimbursed.
- We will work with the manufacturer to provide replacements with a typical lead time of 7 to 14 business days.
- Refusing delivery as a return method is not acceptable.
RTA/QuickShip Cabinets and Vanities
- Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets can be returned within 10 business days of receipt.
- To initiate a return, please email us with your confirmation number, reason for return, and the specific SKU of the item you’d like to return.
- You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to the manufacturer.
- The item must be in good condition and shipped back in its original packaging.
- Prior to shipping the return, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from us.
- Once the manufacturer receives the returned item, it will undergo inspection for damages.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the manufacturer to complete the inspection.
- If the item is in good condition, we will issue a credit to your account, minus the 25% restocking fee.
Assembled Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets
- Assembled cabinets cannot be returned due to our manufacturers’ policies.
- Please ensure you carefully check all measurements before placing your order to ensure you select the correct items in the appropriate sizes.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, as permitted by applicable law.
